Afghan Caravan is a family-operated venture that was founded to share Afghanistan's rich cultural heritage through its culinary traditions. Developing the concept of Afghan Caravan and our Silk Road Cuisine was inspired by Afghanistan's role as the crossroads of civilisations and the 'roundabout of the Ancient World'.

While reflecting on how trade caravans on the Silk Road facilitated cultural exchange, particularly influencing Afghan cuisine, we thought it would be cool to create an immersive culinary experience bringing the vibrant flavours of the Silk Road to life with authentic Afghan food.

Through Afghan Caravan, we aim to create a space where people can connect in a universally meaningful way, and savour a rich tapestry of aromatic dishes inspired by Afghanistan's diverse culinary heritage, all in one place!
